EDITORIAL STANDARDS
Trust starts with how we work.
These proposed standards describe how MurphToday intends to report, credit sources, separate advertising and correct errors. They are a draft for review.
1 · Check facts before publication.
We aim to verify material facts and context before publishing.
2 · Credit sources and respect image rights.
We attribute information and use properly licensed imagery.
3 · Label paid content clearly.
Sponsored placements will be identified and kept separate from editorial decisions.
4 · Correct meaningful errors transparently.
We will explain substantive corrections when published work changes.
5 · Require human fact-checking and approval.
AI-assisted work does not become published news without human review.
